Art Gala Forum also offers offsite classes, workshops, seminars and demonstrations on various artistic techniques and mediums. Single classes at community centres, libraries and schools are provided as part of our volunteer effort to bring art to our communities.
Some of our AGF members offer creative workshops and art classes outside of the AGF studio for all levels and ages.
Many of these classes are hands on experiences allowing the participant to discover their creative potential in a supportive environment.
They will provide the exploration of artisitic self-expression and creativity through beginner, intermediate and advanced painting, drawing, multi media visual arts (color theory and fabric dyeing) workshops.
You can host a workshop to let an AGF member show you an artistic experience that will open new doors.
During the last year some AGF members have been involved in volunteering in teaching painting and multi-media workshops at the following venues:
Journey of Discovery workshop by Susy Danelon, at the Ontario Instiute for studies in Education, April 2008
Seminar on Latin American Art by Mira Martinez, Featured at Lorne Park Exhibit
Palette Knife Techniques Demonstration by Mira Martinez, North York Community Center
